When did you last feel a deep sense of belonging to yourself?

Internal strife, limiting beliefs, and the emotional pull from relationships with children, spouses, aging parents, and more...

At midlife, many women find themselves deeply entwined in caregiving and work demands in the midst of everyday responsibilities and routines. Often, without even realizing it, their narratives and aspirations have faded into the backdrop.

Amidst these challenges, a poignant inquiry arises: "When did I last truly belong to myself?"

What if you could:

  • Set aside a day to steer through life’s complexities, in a space that nurtures rediscovery and reconnection?
  • Start a path to question and move beyond restrictive beliefs, find balance in the emotional currents, and to embrace the evolving self with strength and grace?
  • Replace your daily rut with more movement and moments of reflection that reignite your inner spark and wisdom, and illuminate the singular beauty of this life chapter?
Mindfulness and Open Heart Meditation, Spiritual Awakening

It’s time to discover your power and presence in the prime of life.

Making Space is a one-day immersive experience designed to inspire empowerment and spark renewal in women, especially those ~35-60 years old. Step into a sanctuary for women to rediscover their essence, elevate their wellness, and tap into the profound depths of inner resilience, while building a community with likeminded women.

This meticulously curated and thoughtfully planned day includes:

  • Helping you identify what you want to do for yourself in the next quarter
  • Giving you the tools to make your desire come to life
  • Learn how to develop a growth mindset and the power of positive communication with yourself and others
  • Ample breaks and moments to experience easy-to-follow wellness practices and lessons, led by a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer. Practice and learn about bodyweight exercises, nutrition, breathwork, yoga, and stretching.

Picture a day designed to foster moments of profound inspiration, cultivate deeper connections, and gently guide you toward the awakening of your untapped potential. It’s an intimate gathering where every detail is aligned to nurture your spirit, mind, and body.
